OCCUPATIONAL HAZARD

A subtle moment of reflection,
Divided societies amid destruction,
Caused only by themselves,
Unclassed religion need not be delved,
Amid a blood red sea of fear,
The tranquility is missing here,
Taunting words seldom backed,
Contain beliefs or be attacked,
Build on hopes as sea beaten coves,
Move ever closer in mind's eye,
The elders here deserve no respect,
On rain drenched nights,
The fuelled warmth of unity,
Is forever, to slip into neglect....
